About Course

Join International Brainspotting Trainers Roby Abeles, PsyD, LMFT & Brooke Randolph, LMHC, LPC, LPCC-S for a deep dive of the essential aspects of Brainspotting as a neuroexperiential model of therapy – the things that are more essential than the “setups” or techniques chosen. We explore attunement, somatic activation, frame setting, integrating Brainspotting into other modalities that you may use, and so much more. Brooke also introduces the multidimensional frame setting included in her specialty training Setting up Brainspotting with the Adoption Constellation. We introduce understanding neurodiversity with Brainspotting and share lessons from all of our years of working with clients. All proceeds from this training experience will fund Roby and Brooke’s humanitarian work in Oceania.

“I really enjoyed watching the video! I thought it was incredibly insightful and great hearing about various aspects of effective therapy like, self-regulation, attunement, human connection and the use of Brainspotting. It was a great refresher on understanding how Brainspotting works and the different ways we can introduce it and use it. I really enjoyed the personal stories and practical examples which made it engaging, and it helped get a better understanding of the topics, especially when talking about interoception. I enjoyed the examples for alexithymia because it helped me understand it more and the ways we can incorporate Brainspotting with clients with alexithymia. I feel like this is a great training for after completing Phase 1 training as a refresher and to help you learn and feel more confident in Brainspotting.”    – Irene Gonzalez, LSW
